Naruto Castle
It was lived in by the Naruto family and was defeated in Odawara Conquest.

[Description]
Naruto Castle used to stand in Naruto Town, Sammu City, Chiba Prefecture.
It was built by Into Morotsune, who was in a retainer of the Chiba family, before the Warring States period. The Chiba family had a power in the area.

Later, it was left unmanned for a while. In the 3rd year of the Kyoroku period (1530), Chiba Katsutane repaired it. His son Tanesada got in charge of the castle and named himself Naruto Hachiro.

In the 18th year of the Tensho period (1690), in Hojo Conquest, the Naruto family fought for the Hojo family. Naruto Castle was attacked and surrendered, too.

After that, Tokugawa Ieyasu received the Hojo territory and he sent his man Ishikawa Yasumichi to Naruto Castle with 20000 kokus estate. After that, the head changed to Aoyama Tadanari. In the 6th year of the Gen’na period (1620), the Aoyama family was transferred to Iwaki Castle. At that time, Naruto Castle was abandoned.
